Mr. Pradeep started his career as a practicing lawyer at Indore. Thereafter, he joined Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for about 5 years as a legal advisor, Mumbai offshore. He progressed to join Den Bank now merged with Bank Of Baroda (one of largest Public Sector Banks in India). He was also appointed by Govt of India as Chief Vigilance Officer in State Bank of India and Bank of India, two of the largest banks in India. He has also served as Executive Director of Central Bank of India (PSU Bank) and then became Chairman & Managing Director of Corporation Bank. Mr. Pradeep has served the banking industry for more than 37 years in various senior positions. His Chairmanship in E-Corp Bank had brought numerous awards (14) to the Bank. He put the Bank on world-map by taking keen initiative to partner with Commonwealth Secretariat for financing the under- Youth Enterprise Financing Programme.
He has worked as Head of IT/ Credit/ NPA / Risk/ HRD / Treasury Management including expansion of banking network in Rural area & financial inclusion which was his passion.
He established First Assets Recovery branch in India.
He is presently on the Board of several companies and engaged as an advisor in the area of IT, Textile, Insurance, NBFC, Infrastructure. Airlines, Chemical, Cement, Engineering, and real Estate etc.
He has been a member and/ or Chairman of Boards, Credit Committees, Risk Management, NPA Management, Audit Committees of public Sector Banks and private limited companies.
He is Co-Chairman of Economic policy & Govt Presentation, IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry since 2018-19. He is life member of AIMA_MSME Chambers and fellowship of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
After retirement from his successful banking career, he was associated with law firms such as PDS Legal, Singhania & Co. as a Senior Partner.
