Mr Burke born on the island of New Providence in the City of Nassau in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas has a cultural understanding of the diversity of the Caribbean and its importance, and has a deep understanding of the infrastructure that should be developed and distressed assets.

His career started as an International Business consultant for Adam Global in Dubai focusing on their market expansion in the international arena. Subsequently, he was invited to join Cross Border Associates(CBA) in Germany as a Consulting Professional.

Cross Border Associates, is a Global network of business advisers specializing in cross-border mid-market M&A, Legal and Tax related services. Before joining Cross Border Associates, Mr Burke was appointed President at Standard Oil Company USA focusing on commodity trades, exploration and renewable energy. 

Understanding that renewable energy is the future he was invited to join  WPP Energy GmbH World Power Production based in Geneva, Switzerland leaders in the renewable energy industry since 2009  focusing on Wind, Green Hydrogen solutions and Waste to Energy infrastructure.
